Real world training that actually works. This is an elite program that will completely transform your dog into a lifelong companion you can enjoy to the fullest. For dogs older than five months of age with no major behavioral issues (fear, anxiety, aggression, etc.)

This is our most popular program! In this comprehensive program, your dog will stay with us for 3 weeks. Your dog will learn five basic obedience commands (Sit, Down, Place, Heel, Come) in addition to crate manners and general household manners. All of these commands will be heavily proofed under high distractions on and off property out in the real world. We will also address minor behavioral issues like jumping, counter-surfing, mouthing, nuisance barking, etc. This program is not for dogs who display more serious behaviors such as fear, aggression or separation anxiety.

During your dog’s time with us, we will build a foundation of obedience with your dog using state of the art training tools. It’s an intensive lifestyle program that is effective by immersing your dog 24/7 in a training routine which includes daily structure, rules, socialization, and appropriate supervised play. By living at our home for three weeks, your dog will develop a new foundation and state-of-mind that will make it easy for you to continue the training at your home.

On the final day, we will have a comprehensive go-home session with you and your dog, transferring all of the training and information over to you. We will also give you updates throughout the 3 weeks and a detailed go-home plan to maintain the training.

After graduating, your dog is welcome back at any time for boarding should you need it, as well as invited to our monthly pack walks in Downtown Frederick and Baker park. You’ll also be invited into our private graduate group on Facebook to connect with other owners and keep in touch!

For dogs with severe behavior problems like:

• Dog to Dog Aggression
• Human Aggression
• Food and/or Resource Guarding
• Fear and Anxiety
• Severe Leash Reactivity
• Crate/House Soiling (bathroom) issues

This package is for dogs who display leash reactivity, bitten a person or animal, has intense resource guarding, or intent to do harm including fear aggression. Dogs who display severe or debilitating fear, anxiety, or OCD behaviors are best served in the rehabilitation program. Please contact us so that we can discuss the severity of your dog’s issues to create a program fit for your dog. It can take a few days or even a week for a fearful, aggressive or anxious dog to build a relationship necessary for training. A Board and Train is the only way to truly change all of the variables to start reshaping your dog’s state of mind.

In addition to all of the basic skills and commands listed in the 16 Day Basic Obedience Board and Train Program (listed above), this program includes an additional go home session where we will transfer all of the information, techniques and strategies to you to insure continued success as well as a follow up session in your home after your dog graduates.

After your dog graduates our board and train, they are welcome back for boarding at either location. Option to add hikes: $25.

Pack walks will start in the spring when the weather permits and are for clients who have completed training with me. Pack walks are totally free of charge and will consist of a structured group walk around Baker Park in Frederick, brushing up on obedience skills! We will practice our structured heel, autosits, downstays with distractions and overall manners in public!

Trainers only: Spend five days with Julie and Josh. You will observe daily routines, dropoffs, go-home sessions, training sessions, socialization in the yard, phone calls, and have the opportunity for Q&A.
